PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The RUKA! Youth Leadership Conference serves as an intentional launchpad designed to turn latent potential into community power for the youth of Mathare. It brings together young ‘Futureshapers’ to actively disrupt systemic barriers and take ownership of their local socioeconomic narratives.
RUKA! uses Open Space Technology and a high-energy ‘Follow. Learn. Lead.’ mantra. Participants go through Personal Mastery workshops, a Design Thinking Lab, and a Social Venture Pitch segment.
